Mega Birthday Cake

I name this my mega birthday cake because this puppy weighed a ton!  I should have physically weighed it!  But I do remember it being a BIG hit!  This was definitely a cake that tested my cake decorating skills with the roses and basket weaving I did.

I made this cake 3 years ago.  My Dad and his 3 sisters have birthdays within 2 weeks of one another so we did a big party to celebrate all of them.  This is a 10 x 20 sized cake.  This is a white cake with 3 filled layers of frosting, vanilla pudding and raspberry preserves.  This is one of my family's favorite cake combinations.
